Champgne & Wine

Elizabeth Vollereaux is the fourth generation of wine makers from the Vollereaux family. Their vineyard is based in Epernay, the capital of Champagne and extends over 6 hectares.

The vineyard is operated with the desire for quality production, repect for the environment in which we work and live and a passion for the choice of the grapes which we use. I am also a member of the wine group members wine development of the Marne.

We use a combination of different wines including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier which allows us to achieve a great variety of different wines including white wine and rose's. Our wines reflect the balance of the vines.

All of the Champagne offered by the Vollereaux wine merchants are matured by aging them in a cellar for at least three years before being sold.
